    What you see

    Your filtration or pumping system is experiencing unexpected shutdowns and drops in performance. The technical symptoms are clear:

    • Rapid filter clogging: Your sand, screen, or disc filters show a high differential pressure just minutes after cleaning.
    • Emitter clogging: In irrigation (drip, sprinklers), nozzles clog, creating dry spots on your crops or your green.
    • Biological glue: During disassembly, you find a brown or green gelatinous substance (the "bio-fouling") that sticks to the walls and filter media.
    • Pump safety: Clogged suction strainers cause frequent cavitation or loss of prime.

    What this means

    This is not a filter sizing problem, but an issue with the incoming biological load. The pumped water contains invisible elements that clump together once in the circuit:

    • Biofilm (Bio-fouling): This is the major cause. Bacteria secrete a sticky mucus (polymers) that lines the inside of pipes and filters. This mucus traps all mineral particles.
    • Microalgae and Zooplankton: Even if the water appears clear, it can contain thousands of algal cells per milliliter. Under filter pressure, they form a compact and impermeable cake.
    • Colloidal Matter: Fine suspended particles (clays, silts) that are electrically charged, do not settle, and saturate fine filtering media (< 100 microns).

    Ultrasonic Protection (Anti-fouling Effect)

    We install ultrasonic emitters near the water intake.

    The action: Acoustic vibrations prevent bacteria and algae from attaching to surfaces and secreting biofilm. The material remains in "free" suspension and passes through coarse filters without sticking, or is easily removed during rinsing.

    Enzymatic and bacterial digestion (Active cleaning)

    We inject specific bacteria (Biolimpid) capable of breaking down the organic matrix (mucus).

    The action: The binder that agglomerates the particles is removed. The filters then only retain the mineral, which is much easier to clean by simple backwashing.

    Mineral Flocculation (Filtration Optimization)

    If the problem is caused by fine particles (clay), adding Nautex helps flocculate them to the bottom of the pool rather than into your filters.
