    When should you use Nautex Perles

    Nautex Perles recommended when the following signs are observed on a body of water:

    1. Water column conditions
      • Persistent turbidity, cloudy or milky water
      • Chemical instability: fluctuating pH or a tendency toward acidification
    2. Condition of the seabed and sediments
      • Accumulation of soft organic sludge
      • Gradual decrease in water depth
      • Upsurface of dark sediments during mixing
    3. Biological indicators
      • Odors of fermentation (such as hydrogen sulfide – H₂S)
      • Signs of oxygen depletion: gas bubbles at the surface, stress in aquatic life
      • Low or no benthic activity
