    What you see

Your irrigation system is losing efficiency even though no mechanical components have been changed. These issues are directly affecting your day-to-day operations:

    • Chronic clogging: Drippers and nozzles frequently become clogged, leading to areas of water stress and uneven crop growth. Acid cleaning becomes ineffective.
    • Filter saturation: Your sand, screen, or disc filters become saturated quickly. Backwash cycles are increasing, wasting water and energy.
    • Hydraulic instability: Flow at the end of the line drops. The pump cavitates (gravel-like noise), overheats, or loses suction, requiring manual intervention.
    • Poor water quality: The water is cloudy, green, or contains a high concentration of particles. The water level in the pool is dropping faster than expected (due to evaporation or transpiration).

    What this means

When hydraulic components are not at fault, these malfunctions are directly attributable to the quality of the fluid being pumped. TASO identifies the biological and physicochemical factors that cause damage to your equipment:

    1. Biofilm & Organic Fouling
This is the number one invisible enemy. Dissolved organic matter and bacteria form a slimy film (“biofouling”) inside the pipes. This “glue” traps minerals and reduces the pipe diameter, altering pressure and flow rate.
    2. Particle Overload (MES & Algae)
Algal blooms and suspended clay particles form a compact "cake" on the filters. The heavily loaded water causes premature wear on the pump impellers.
    3. Gas Cavitation (Fermentation Gas)
In silted-up ponds, fermentation at the bottom releases methane and hydrogen sulfide. These microbubbles, drawn in by the pump, cause cavitation that is destructive to metal and leads to pump cavitation.
    4. Ferromanganese Deposits
Specific bacteria oxidize the iron and manganese present in the water, creating black or rust-colored deposits that permanently clog the drippers.

Conclusion: Your water has become a limiting factor. It drains your energy, wears out your equipment, and weakens your crops instead of nourishing them.

    Why act now?

The effects of imbalanced water have a significant impact on the farm’s profit margin:

    • Loss of crop yield: Irregular irrigation directly affects the size, uniformity, and quality of crops.
    • Excessive Electricity Consumption (+15% to +40%): Turbid water or a clogged filter causes the pump to work harder. You use more electricity to pump the same volume of water.
    • Accelerated equipment wear: The premature replacement of liners, valves, or pumps represents an avoidable maintenance cost.
    • Health Risk: An eutrophicated body of water may harbor cyanobacteria (which are toxic to aquaculture) or pathogenic bacteria that compromise the safety of vegetable crops.

    The TASO Solution
Optimizing water use to ensure production reliability

The TASO strategy does not alter your system: it treats the water so that it becomes neutral, stable, and easy to pump.

    1

Breakdown of Algae & Biofilm (Ultrasonic Action)

Our ultrasonic devices prevent algae from growing in ponds and stop biofilm from forming in plumbing systems.

The result: The drippers stay clean, the pressure remains consistent, and the frequency of filter cleaning is drastically reduced.

    2

Reduction of Organic Load (Biological Treatment)

Biolimpid bacterial complexes Biolimpid the organic matter and colloids that cause filter clogging.

The result: The water becomes clearer and flows more freely.

    3

    Mineral Stabilization (Physicochemical Process)

Nautex neutralizes active sludge at the bottom of the tank, stops the production of fermentation gases, and flocculates suspended solids.

The result: Stable, bubble-free (no more cavitation), and crystal-clear water.

    4

    Vegetation Management (Visual Impact)

Bleu Marine photosynthesis and water warming, reducing evaporation and biomass growth.
